MCMGA Board Minutes for Aug. 23, 2022 - no quorum so no votes were taken.

Guest speaker Clackamas County MG Sherry Sheng attended to discuss the need for local and statewide MG Boards to recruit advocacy volunteers in our chapter.

Demo Garden report on Open Garden event which was a big hit. Discussion of upcoming Harvest Fest and Sparrowhawk native sale coming up. The sale is a fundraiser and because there was not a quorum, it was agreed that a poll of the board would go out to decide where the proceeds would go in the chapter.

Poll went out to voting board members. Vote was 7 yes and 1 no to allocate the proceeds from the sale to the Demo Garden fund.

Harvest Fest plans were discussed.
