MCMGA Board Minutes for Jan. 3, 2023 (December meeting)

Present: Linda Goldser, Lorna Schilling, Cynthia Chase, Susan Marcus, Rich Becker, Mike Rutherford, Christine Semeniuk, John Jordan, Jack Lazareck, Carole Hardy, Marilyn Frankel, Heidi Nichols

Minutes from 11/2022 were approved with a correction/update for losses at Demo Garden which have surpassed $5000.

John Jordan discussed future fundraising efforts. More publicity for Fred Meyer donations need to be publicized as that is underutilized by members. Amazon Smile program has been $5 per year (update: that program has been cancelled by Amazon).

Update of IE Sale

Budget was approved to be sent to Membership for an approval vote.

Discussion of meetings with OSU Extension staff and plans for 2023 training and future funding.
